This project was a team favorite! We worked with the most delightful homeowners on this custom kitchen. The “before” (pictured below) was way undersized for the home, and it was just dark. We opened it up as large as the space would allow, and worked around a structural beam, encasing it with a living wall and custom cubbies for herbs and plants. The home’s existing woodwork details were so beautiful, so we worked with the dark baseboards and ceiling molding by tying in the island color to match. This allowed us to still lighten up the floors and keep things cohesive. A sixty inch range and custom metal hood vent are showpieces, as is the oversized island with waterfall edges. And the wine wall display – we just love it all!
