Our team of in-house construction experts partner with our expansive network of vetted subcontractors to complete your project, ensuring the timeline and budget are always top of mind, and alleviating the frustrations of typical renovation projects. And, we have a lot of fun doing it.
Andrew Conant
Owner | Partner
Andrew has over 15 years of experience in all aspects of the construction industry with a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management from Colorado State University. Since founding C3, Andrew has seen nearly 1,000 different projects from start to finish, partnering with the best trades in the business. As owner and partner of C3 Building Group, he performs much of the accounting and estimating activity, and provides oversight of projects throughout design and construction. As an expert carpenter by trade, Andrew also takes on much of the custom woodwork projects alongside Justin, ensuring quality is at the forefront of every finished detail. Prior to C3, Andrew also worked as a woodshop teacher, sharing his building expertise with youth in the community. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his wife and 3 children, and most likely will be found coaching baseball, softball and football for each of them. Most importantly, he centers his life and work around his faith in Jesus Christ.
Justin Kelleher
Owner | Partner
Justin grew up in a family of builders and was trained in every aspect of construction – framing, carpentry, electrical, mechanical, and project management. After earning his business degree from Metro State University he worked for independent General Contractors building custom homes throughout the Denver Metro Area. In 2007, he partnered with Andrew to launch C3 Building Group. Justin is the general oversight and project manager on C3 work, connecting with trades and prioritizing relationships throughout the process. He and Andrew help bring custom touches to each project they take on, considering the homeowner’s needs all along the way. He prides himself on being a strong family man for his wife, three kids, dog, and the turtle he can never find.
