This custom home in Littleton, Colorado wanted a third floor suite for their young boys that included a bright open space for playing, sleeping, and gaming. The third floor space had gorgeous architectural elements to play off of, natural lighting, and ample space to work with.
The project included custom designed built in bunk beds in between the dormer windows, sleeping up to six kids – perfect for any sleepover. Additionally, the bathroom suite was unique for the family, including two vanity stations, two water closets and two showers.
C3 also added elements of the home’s mudroom bench and laundry area, and built a custom porch swing for their expansive front porch.
